This month is focused on understanding your personal style of influence.

SOI LEVEL 3 // WORKING WITH OTHERS

Now that you understand your own wiring, we'll discover how to apply it to working with others.

SOI LEVEL 2 // DIVING DEEPER

This month we'll look at the deeper applications of your personal style.

4.

SOI LEVEL 4 // PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

This is where you'll really see some traction. We'll set some practical goals and strategies to help in your daily life. 

COURSE TWO

5.

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP 1 // KNOWING SELF

This month we'll transition, taking what we learned in MODULE ONE to focus on personal mission, vision, character, and competency.

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP 3 //

WORKING WITH OTHERS

Team dynamics, conflict management, and common dysfunctions..oh my! In our seventh month together we'll really dig into how to work more effectively with others.

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP 5 //

KNOWING SELF

I know, I know...you've already done a lot of work to better understand how you tick, but this month we're going to branch out and even bring your family and friends into the mix.

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP 2 //

KNOWING OTHERS

Moving from self-awareness to "others-awareness," we'll dig into emotional intelligence and communication.

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP 4 //

WORKING ON MY OWN

So you can work well with others. Awesome! How can you be more effective on your own? This month is all about task-management, systems, and healthy habits.

COURSE THREE

10.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH 1 // INNER LIFE

We'll begin to wrap up our year with a close examination at the 90% of our lives no one ever sees. Believe me- it'll mess with you... in a good way.

12.

WRAP-UP // BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER

You made it! In our final month we will focus on bringing together everything we've discovered and formulate a plan and goals to keep you moving forward.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH 2 // THE OUTER LIFE

We'll take that inner understanding and allow it to flow outward toward boundaries, decision-making, and planning with the end in mind.
